'Our Farm Shop has developed over the years from a small wooden hut in the corner of a pick your own field to the premises we have today, with a really good butcher and a buzzing coffee shop within our farm shop, but we have always been scrupulous about supporting local business and excellent local produce, and to be nominated for the Sussex Food and Drink Awards is a real reward for all those efforts' says Carol Hilsdon.

We are now well into the Pick Your Own season, and have strawberries, Raspberries, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackberries to pick. Also, carrots, beet, spinach, and RUNNER BEANS!!
GOLD AWARD FOR BUTCHER
Our butchers department is well established, Master Butcher Andy has won a gold award for his smoked bacon, silver for the chilli and chocolate sausage, and bronze for the cracked black pepper sausage and also bronze for the own cured gammon steak!!
Our Farm Trail is open at the same time as the farm shop, and both this and the play area remain free for patrons of the farm shop and coffee shop.
Maintaining our farm trail, play area and facilities here, use of which remains free, costs us more and more each year to maintain, and in order to keep use of the farm trail and play area free, we have decided that only food purchased at Sharnfold coffee shop may be consumed here.
You may picnic in the car park, which has plenty of shady trees, but please note that we do not allow picnics anywhere else on the farm, and also not on the farm trail.
OPEN 9.30 - 5.30, open every day, all year round
Please note DOGS are allowed only in the car park and on the public footpath and Caravan Club CL site.
Sorry but we DO NOT allow dogs in the fruit fields, farm trail or play areas.

For the Farm Shop, Carol Hilsdon believes in stocking where possible our own grown produce, then quality local products, and if these are not available items from farther afield are stocked.
The Farm Shop is laden with a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, Our own beef as well as our own Happy Pork is now available, why not buy for the freezer with our beef boxes?
Sharnfold has a good selection of unusual preserves and honey, including honeycomb, and also cakes and meringues as well as local organic milk and yoghurts. Each morning the smell of fresh baked bread, croissants and home baked scones mingles with the aroma of fresh coffee to tantalise the taste buds.
There is a good range of frozen ready meals from the Kent company COOK and also frozen fruit and vegetables, and other items.
With our new kitchen now in operation, more and more items are produced on the premises using quality local ingredients.
SHARNFOLD FARM IS OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND!!
The fishing lake is open every day from 7am until dusk and day tickets cost £7.00 from the farm shop.
Either get your ticket the day before, or else commence fishing at 7am, then collect your ticket from the farm shop at 9.30.
Anglers who do not have a ticket after this time will pay at least £10.
